No Refund Policy

Once payment has been successfully completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for digital PDF/eBook purchases.

This applies even if the customer:

• Changes their mind after purchase

• Has already downloaded the PDF

• Has read or partially read the PDF

• Accidentally purchased the same book

• No longer wants the product after purchase

Payment or Download Issues

If you have been charged successfully but have not received the purchased PDF or the download link is not working, please contact us. We will verify the transaction and help you access the same purchased product.

This assistance does not constitute a refund.
